An anti-bullying support program, called CyberBully Hotline, has created a webinar for Texas school administrators who are interested in current cyber bullying trends and how to create an online safety curriculum to stop any harassment that takes place after school. The creation of the webinar comes at a time when cyber bullying is fairly prominent in the media. The chief marketing officer at one of the hotline’s partnerships for the webinar said that it is necessary for school officials and teachers to attend this particular webinar because the “harmful and destructive acts” of cyber bullying are affecting many kids throughout the country. He added that the webinar was designed to help Texas school districts understand the laws against bullying so they can alleviate any issues taking place.
