Students at Strathaird Primary School have produced a series of short movies on cyber safety as part of their National Cyber Awareness Week activities.

Leading teacher David Tapp said students lived in a digital world and needed to be aware of the risks. They have increasing access to online content and it is critical that they know how to be safe there.

The school district decided it was important enough to get students across the whole school to create short movies to educate each other about the dangers of cyber bullying in a creative way. Students completed a cyber safety quiz on the Stay Smart online site and took the 10 safety tips as the basis of their movies, shown to their peers.
