A new bill that would crack down on cyberbullying is heading to the Florida State Senate for ratification. This new bill defines cyberbullying as “harassment through the use of computers, technology or electronic communications” and gives schools the authority to discipline students for any school-related cyberbullying. “Teachers and school administrators need the ability to protect students from online attacks,” said Senator Dwight Bullard, the bill’s sponsor.
