The Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois have created a way to raise awareness about cyber bullying by creating a film, “I Am the Music: A Rock Operetta.” The Girl Scouts worked alongside the acclaimed filmmakers of Comtech Corporation to create the film that covers the tough subject.
The film includes 40 cast members, including 35 Girl Scouts, ages 7-17, from 23 cities in Northern Illinois. In addition to addressing cyber bullying, the film is also intended to promote the Girl Scout Movement.
