Online Activism

Welcome to ETCB. We need more and more people to spread the word and to do something to BE THE CHANGE and fight cyberbullying. We are calling on you, the people, to make the change. We know that in order to achieve our goal, we must do it through the people.
Online activism involves people taking positive actions online. That means being positive, helping someone out who needs it, reporting cyberbullying as an active bystander, maintaining Internet etiquette, etc. We need you to begin; we need you to progress; we need you in order to make the change.
Begin today by performing an act of kindness, whether it be complimenting one of your friends, telling a cyberbully to stop their cruel actions, reporting cyberbullying to officials, or even just telling a person to have a nice day. All of these actions can help our tech-driven society, and we need as much help can get.
We would also appreciate any volunteers who would like to join our organization in our fight against cyberbullying. We would like to work with you if you have time to work.
Technology isn’t a bad thing. We want to use technology, we like to use technology, and we need to use technology. But it is those actions that misuse technology that we cannot tolerate; it is that abuse of technology that we abhor; it is the hurting of people through technology that brings technology downhill.
Please, we want you to do as much as you can to make this new world a safer place to communicate, connect, and live within. You will be the foundation of a bully-free cyberworld.
