Twitter has become one of the most common mediums where cyber bullying occurs. Used by millions of people, Twitter allows people to send short messages to one another, some of which can be harassment and other forms of cyber bullying.
Kevin Curwick, a Minnesota teenager, is using Twitter to combat cyber bullying. Kevin, also the captain of his school’s football team, is using Twitter to send his classmates compliments, which can lower the effects of possible cyber bullying. “A nice word can go a long ways,” he said. “We are a society looking for the positive.”
