Tomorrow, Wednesday Nov. 14, the Jackson Memorial Library will be holding a presentation regarding cyber bullying from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Kay Stephens, co-author of Cyberslammed, a new book sponsored by Time Warner Cable regarding cyber bullying, will be delivering a presentation to show adults how to identify and prevent the six most common types of cyberbullying that teens are dealing with today.
As National Bullying Prevention Month ended in October, there came very sad and tragic news. During the month of October, at least 3 teenagers committed suicide worldwide due to cyber bullying. This needs to end, and people like Stephens are trying to bring a stop to it.
