ETCB co-founders David Zhao and Samuel Lam were interviewed by local Long Island news source The Island Now to discuss their motivations for beginning the End to Cyber Bullying Organization. Both Sam and David discussed the effect of cyber bullying on their lives and how their empathy with other cyber bullying victims led them to grow and develop ETCB.
““The mission for the organization itself is to raise awareness… and show how we can prevent cyber bullying,” said Zhao.
“We’re all connected online – Facebook, Youtube, Twitter… so it’s kind of been a way to use social media to integrate and connect it,” said Lam. “The power of the internet is really becoming phenomenal.”
